Lift Off: The UniverseDAO Community Sale is around the corner
We’re pleased to announce our plans for lift-off with the community, in the Uni-$VERSE!
Starting April 17th, 1:00 PM (UTC) Uni-$VERSE-ians are welcomed to participate in the Community Sale on https://universedao.io.
About the Sale
- Registration Start date: April 17th, 1:00 PM (UTC)
- Registration End date: April 19th, 1:00 PM (UTC)
- Contribution Deadline: April 30th, 1:00 PM (UTC)
- Tokens for sale: 3,000,000 $VERSE token units
- Token price: 0.75 $UST per $VERSE
- Minimum participation: 500 $UST
- Maximum participation: 5,000 $UST
- Vesting: 1-month linear vesting (starting from the tokens LP listing, exact date will be announced soon)
- KYC: N/A
- Unsold tokens will be burned
How to participate:
On April 17th at 1:00 PM (UTC) the countdown on https://universedao.io hits 0 and the “JOIN COMMUNITY SALE” button becomes active. Users will have 48 hours to join the community sale before the registration is closed. Winners will be selected randomly out of the list of qualified participants and receive token allocation with a significant price discount compared to public sale and listing price. We are not doing any seed rounds to protect our users from big players who could potentially dump a large amount of tokens into the market. Unsold tokens will be burned.
As part of the registration process, we ask users to provide their:
- Twitter username
- Discord username
- Juno address (use the same address as for delegations to UniverseDAO validators to enjoy all the props)
In order to qualify, your wallet must have at least 500 $UST. Token allocation for every participant will be calculated based on $UST holdings during the draft. Users are allowed to contribute less than their wallet has on balance, we do not request any specific amount. The only requirement is that it should be from 500 to 5,000 $UST.
Examples:
- Wallet balance is 1550 $UST — allocation is 1550 $UST
- Wallet balance is 5221 $UST — allocation is 5000 $UST
- Wallet balance is 432 $UST — no allocation
